HIGH DOSE: Our organic sunflower lecithin capsules provide 1800 mg of pure sunflower lecithin per daily dose. Our oil is standardised to 15% phosphatidylcholine, 12% phosphatidylinositol and 9% phosphatidylethanolamine. Our lecithin comes from controlled organic cultivation and is gently cold-pressed in the Netherlands.

NOT FROM SOY: For our lecithin capsules we have opted for lecithin from sunflowers and not from soy. The extraction of soy lecithin for soy lecithin capsules usually involves the use of strong chemicals such as acetone, but our organic sunflower lecithin is extracted by cold pressing and does not require the use of chemicals. Sunflower lecithin also has a higher phospholipid content compared to soya lecithin.
