The tablets should be chewed or allowed to dissolve in mouth and therefore swallowed. After taking the tablets it is possible to drink water or other drinks (e.g. fruit juice). Please do not take more than 6 tablets a day Safety Warning Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
