Weber WEBER Weberjoint HR, 20 kg, pure white, mortar for making high-strength tile joints, suitable for swimming pools

Areas of use: mortar for making high-strength tile joints: suitable for swimming pools, it is resistant to cleaning products. Making high-strength tile joints. Suitable for private and collective pools, ponds, community kitchens, public baths and wet premises subjected to large uses and frequent cleaning with concentrated cleaning products (except pH acids≤3). Joining non-skid porcelain stoneware, enamelled and porcelain stoneware of all sizes, glass paste, earthenware. Use limits: do not use on deformable floors, wooden panels or heated floors, in rooms subject to very aggressive and acidic products of pH ≤3, in pool renovation. Do not use pure white and pearl grey HR weberjoint in electrophysical copper/silver swimming pools, use only HR grey cement weberjoint. Full curing time: 8 hours, circulation time: 24 hours, setting time: 7 days. Joint width: 2 mm to 10 mm. Recommendation: on exterior wall, limit use to formats of 120 cm² for a maximum height of 6 m (use excluding DTU). Application: 1) Trigger mechanically, preferably with a slow electric mixer 850ml to 1L of water per 5kg bag. 2) Spread the HR weberjoint and smooth the joints diagonally using a rubber sole grout (wall) or a rubber squeegee (floor). 3) Be sure to fill the seals completely. Remove excess mortar without digging joints. 4) Clean the tiles diagonally with a damp sponge or with a cleaning sponge float, frequently rinsed before hardening the joints. 5) Finish with a dry cloth or with the white cleaning pad.
