Please note: the Zigbee Aqara hub is required for operation. The Aqara roller shutter motor E1 uses Zigbee 3.0, which provides better stability, compatibility and more functions. Apple HomeKit, Alexa, Google Assistant and IFTTT are supported. Note: Recommended maximum roller blind weight: 3kg * Although the motor can support higher loads, this may lead to shortened battery life or unstable operation.

Easy installation: simply screw the Aqara roller shutter motor E1 to the wall, attach the adapter and insert the bead cord of your blind. Please note that it can only be used for roller blinds with a plastic/metal bead thickness between 3-6 mm. (2 screws, 2 expansion tubes and 1 double-sided tape are included)

[Long battery life] You don't have to worry about charging every week. The Aqara roller shutter motor E1 has a battery life of 2 months, which is more than twice as long as other similar products. The most versatile Type-C port is used to charge the device (USB-C to USB-A cable is included).

[Preset schedule and position] Set a schedule according to your needs, and your roller shutters automatically open or close in a certain position at a certain time. For example, you can freely set when you wake up, leave the house, come home and sleep. Zigbee2MQTT and similar third-party USB dongles are not officially supported by Aqara The full functionality of the product may likely be limited or unavailable.

[Home Automation] With Aqara roller shutter motor E1 and other Aqara smart home devices (Aqara smart home central M2 or camera hub G2H required), you can enjoy a fully automated smart home without manual operation. For example, your roller blind will automatically close when you go out when the Aqara motion sensor detects no movement for 10 minutes or the Aqara door and window sensor detects that the door is closed. Zigbee2MQTT and comparable third-party USB dongles are not officially supported by Aqara. Full product functionality may be limited or unavailable.
