The hob is controlled by touch, and the built-in hood offers 10 suction speeds. The device is safe and quiet. The controls are located in the shiny glass part of the hob, and the cooking area - in frosted glass. Moving dishes across the Galileo surface is no problem. You can easily and safely move a hot pot or pan across the stable, flat grid that sucks in the fumes. The strong grid will not move, because it lies perfectly flush with the glass top, ensuring maximum safety. The smooth surface of the hob guarantees comfort of use and ease of cleaning. WATERPROOF ENGINE - guarantees normal operation and full safety even if a large amount of liquid spills on the heating plate and flows into the inlet grille. The liquid is collected in a special tray that can be removed and emptied. AUTOMATIC SWITCH ON - the hood switches on automatically and adjusts its efficiency to the selected cooking power on the heating plate. The function can be activated by pressing the A key. It can be restarted at any time, which is indicated by the A diode. BRUSHLESS ENGINE - the hood is equipped with the latest generation brushless engine. Such engines are used only in top-class household appliances. The engine is electronically controlled, works very quietly and evenly, and also uses extremely little electricity compared to traditional engines. INTENSIVE SPEED - when this function is activated, maximum suction efficiency is achieved in a limited time. Its task is to adapt the hood to special requirements. The function is active for 10 min., after which the hood automatically switches to the previously selected operating speed. BOOST - the BOOST function doubles the suction power, providing even more power. This additional increase in power gives the hood a total of 5 suction speeds. Double BOOST quickly and effectively eliminates even the most persistent fumes and odors in just 5 minutes. BRIDGE - the BRIDGE function allows for simultaneous operation of adjacent heating zones at the same level, which is perfect for preparing food in large roasting pans. SPACE SAVING - thanks to the compact design of the engine, Galileo is the only product in its class that leaves enough space inside the cabinet for a cutlery drawer mounted directly under the countertop. BOOSTER - the BOOSTER function allows you to increase the power of the heating zone and shorten the cooking time. TIMER - the TIMER function allows you to program the desired cooking time. After this time, the heating zone will automatically switch off and a sound signal will inform you that the work has finished.
