Esencia is an aromatic fougere fragrance for men, launched in 1988 by Loewe. The fragrance contains top notes of Lavender, Green Notes, Juniper Berries, Tarragon, Galbanum, Bergamot, Lemon, Artemisia and Petitgrain; middle notes of Pine Tree Needles, Basil, Nutmeg, Clary Sage, Geranium, Rose, Neroli, Black Currant, Jasmine and Lily-of-the-Valley; and base notes of Fir, Oakmoss, Leather, Vetiver, Styrax, Cedar, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Amber, Musk and Tonka Bean. The scent is a dry, masculine one full of complex notes, that make it lovely, green and bold. It's strong, unique and has a classic vibe to it. This is best suited to the colder weather between Autumn and Spring.
