Just like the name says, we wanted to create the perfect, simple emergency rain jacket. We've made it fully waterproof and compact, and as you've come to expect from Castelli, we've given it a great look that goes with you both on and off the bike, while still being roomy enough to fit over a Gabba. It has all the hallmarks of a performance rain jacket, with a waterproof zipper, extended lower back, long sleeves and cuff closures that can overlap gloves. The only real compromise compared to our top-of-the-line offering is breathability. We kept the style understated and added a bright Fiery Red colourway so you can also use this jacket to bike to work and look good when you walk into the office. If you intend to wear it over business attire, you may need to size up.
