The 2-stick plate is coated with a non-stick coating that ensures easy and quick release of your creations. It is recommended to wash the plate only by hand with dish detergent, without using abrasive sponge and dry thoroughly. Do not put in the dishwasher or soak in water. Material: non-stick coated steel reinforced with ceramic. Size: 38 x 16 x 2.3 cm. Since 1887 Gobel has been accompanied by chefs, such as hobby bakers, by its ancient French know-how.
