The most effective way to fish this saltwater fishing set-up is to rig the hooks with natural bait like ragworms, lugworms, shellfish meat, shrimps or small chunks of fish meat. You can then simply cast the baited rig and weight out, put the rod in a holder or against the railing, reel the line tight and wait for the movement of the tip to indicate there there is a fish on.
