The innovative filling of the Batura Hooded Insulation Jacket is a quantum leap in insulation technology: the fluffy filling material has the same properties as down - light and highly heat retaining - but is completely made from recycled material. This synthetic down has the advantage that it warms even when wet and is relatively easy to clean. These insulating flakes have been sewn into chambers as usual with down to achieve the best heat results. The jacket can be packed small in the elastic mesh inner pocket and therefore does not fall into weight in the backpack during the climb. The figure-hugging cut fits perfectly under the hardshell and reliably protects against cooling thanks to the width-adjustable waistband. This water-repellent winter jacket with high cut hood is made from fully recycled material, is bluesign certified to the highest environmental standard and versatile all winter long. The Vaude Green Shape label stands for environmentally friendly, functional products made from sustainable materials.
