Product Description ntroducing The Pickle House Original Pickle Juice. We started making it from a love of pickles and adding the leftover juice into cocktails and using it in a Pickleback; a shot of whiskey followed by a shot of pickle juice. The pickle juice is infused for 12 weeks with sliced cucumbers which adds a unique umami kick creating a delicious depth of flavour. Leaving it to infuse for this long mellows out the acidity in the vinegar and really draws out the flavour in the cucumbers. From early beginnings and only using it with booze we then realised how good it was for you with a number of our customers using it to help stop muscle cramps and helping hangovers! The salt and vinegar means it’s full of electrolytes which help rehydrate the body. It also has the added benefits from the anti-inflammatory turmeric, apple cider vinegar which is great for your digestion and infused cucumbers for hydration.
