Tropical 20,000: Surgery I: Core surgical Cases

The fear of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria Examinations (MDCN) is no more, with the Tropical 20,000 series readily available to read, toughen up and prepare for the uphill task of securing that needed license to practice in Nigeria, likewise in Ghana and other sub-Saharan African countries such as South Africa, Kenya, Namibia, Gambia, Zimbabwe, Uganda etc. A total of about 23,000 questions, approximated to 20,000 ranging from the True and False questions, short cases, long cases, pictorial questions and OSCE-type questions have been accurately, rigorously and religiously created and compiled for foreign trained Medical graduates to fully equip themselves as they start up their medical careers with this much needed licensing examination.
