Built on a backbone of juniper, coriander and angelica, it layers vanilla, cassia bark, cardamom and bitter orange, then adds the vivid tang of lingonberry to evoke a Nordic winter. Aromas of winter spice rise with a subtle berry lift. The palate is dry yet bittersweet, where juniper brightness meets the berry’s crisp acidity and the citrus-spice duet of bitter orange and cardamom.
