When cooking under vacuum, you can set the temperature and cooking time accurately and thus become a star chef. For health-conscious people, this is the optimal solution for preparing food, as the ingredients retain their vitamins, minerals and aromas at relatively low and constant temperatures - be it meat, fish or vegetables. A whole new taste experience! Thanks to its precise temperature adjustment up to 90 °C (only 0.1 °C deviation). The vacuum oven allows for perfect results. With a water circulation of 8 l/min, fish, meat and vegetables are cooked evenly in a water bath. Even at 30 liters, the water is approx. Heated at 56°C for 45 minutes for gentle cooking. The SV 120 can be easily hung in any pot from 15cm deep and the bright LED display tells you the current temperature and timer up to 99 hours. on A brief "toasting" of steaks from the vacuum oven creates additional roasting aromas and gives you a special taste experience. But fish, pork or vegetables can also be perfectly cooked under vacuum. Try classic cooked asparagus and vacuum-cooked asparagus - you'll appreciate the difference!
