This extended carbon seatpost is 285 grams lighter than Brompton standard steel seatpost and Pentaclip and 30mm longer than a standard seatpost. This is not only an elegant solution but also save a lot of weight compared to the Brompton Pentaclip solution. The seatpost is flared at the bottom, like the original Brompton seatpost.
