Product Description
Directions Apply a thin layer of lip primer to prep lips. Using the applicator, trace the outline of your lips and fill in the center. Allow the first layer to dry for a few seconds, then apply a second layer for full coverage. Blot lips with a tissue to remove excess product. For a more matte finish, use a setting powder. To maintain longevity, avoid eating or drinking for the first 15-20 minutes after application. To remove, use a makeup remover or gentle cleanser.
