For Size 1 (less than 9kgs), use the insert with the cover. 5. For Size 2 (9kgs and above), use the insert without the cover. 6. Fasten the nappy around the baby's waist and legs. 7. Adjust the insert for tummy sleepers or add extra inserts for heavy wetters. 8. Machine wash the nappies with non-bio detergent up to 60°C. 9.
