Distilled and matured in Newport, Northern Kentucky, this is 100 proof (50% ABV), aged at least four years and released without chill filtration to keep texture and flavour intact. The high-rye mash bill—65% corn, 30% rye and 5% malted barley—adds savoury spice and lift, while maturation in 53-gallon toasted and charred new oak builds depth without heaviness. Serve it your way.
