The QUANTANIUM non-stick coating consists of a blend of titanium particles distributed in the non-stick layers and offer higher resistance and durability than conventional non-stick cookware. 5 layers of ecological non-stick coating with a PFOA-free stone surface that does not release toxic gases and does not harm the environment or people's health. The full induction base and the thickness of 5 mm ensure perfect and homogeneous heat transfer across the entire surface. The casserole dishes are suitable for all types of cookers: induction, glass ceramic, gas, electric and even for the oven at a maximum temperature of 230ºC (without the silicone handles). The tempered glass lid with steam outlet valve to prevent overpressure and a stainless steel knob that does not transfer heat, prevents the rapid evaporation of liquids and shortens the cooking time.
