To open and close the umbrella, hold the long side down when you open and close it. Then point the short side of the umbrella towards the wind, especially in windy or stormy weather. The senz° mini automatic opens and closes automatically. Gently open the strap and gently shake your umbrella before opening it to ensure the ribs are free. Press the button to open. To close, press the button again and close the shaft by simultaneously pressing both sides. Hold the umbrella with the short side to the wind or hold it on your shoulders if the wind is on your back. To fold the umbrella, make sure that the senz° label of the canopy is on top so that you get a flap on both sides. Then fold the flaps over each other away from the label (the flap with Velcro on top). Finally, roll the Velcro around your senz° and put your umbrella in the cover. To keep the umbrella in good condition, leave your umbrella open to allow it to dry completely before folding and storing it. It is best to clean your umbrella with water without soap or other cleaning products. This can easily be done in the bath or shower.
