Directions Add 250g of Magnesium Flakes to your bathwater. Soak for 20 minutes. Safety Warning May cause a slight tingling or itching sensation on the first application. It is completely normal because of the high-speed absorption of magnesium. This feeling will pass with regular use. Caution: This product may contain common allergens. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Add 250g Magnesium Flakes in water and relax for 20 minutes; increase the amount for a more intensive experience; for footbath, add 150g Magnesium Flakes in water (approximately 5 liters) and relax for 20 minutes.
