Description

Factory sealed LUX ELEMENTS hard foam shower floor element made from blue coloured, expanded polystyrene with special mortar coating on both sides and fibreglass fabric for reinforcement ready to tile, including odour trap. For minor to higher stress (for example wheelchair use up to 200 kg), glued mosaic on the front > = 20 x 20 x 4 mm can be used as a covering together with a bonding and grouting with reaction resin. With a tile size of >= 50 x 50 mm, it can also be glued with tile adhesives of the quality classification C2 and grouted with cementary grout material. Pressure resistance: 0.1 N/mm². Basic shape: rectangular, shower floor with built-in and sealed gutter drain mounting frame and cover made of stainless steel (1.4301), load class K3. With inlet openings for the introduction of seepage water (second drainage level). Drain performance according to DIN EN 1253: 0.8 l/s (48 l/min) Surface (tiles + adhesive): 5-17 mm Surface (tile + adhesive) in tilable gutter cover made of stainless steel: 12 mm, Dimensions: gutter outer dimensions: 741 x 62 mm, Shower floor: length: 1400 mm, width: 900 mm, gradient: 3 mm. 0/45. mm, one-sided centre gutter/rim: 110 mm.
