The E40 Edison Screw base on this lamp allows for speedy installation in current fittings. You simply screw the bulb directly into your existing fitting. It works well in traditional low-bay fixtures without needing extra control gear.

This LED corn lamp is designed to replace phased-out 400W metal halide, SON, HID, and HPS lamps. Make sure you bypass the existing ballast to maximise the lamp life of this lamp (metal halide and high pressure sodium have ballasts, incandescent and CFL do not).
