Freshly Fermented Milk Kefir Starter Culture Kefir’s tarter and refreshing flavour is similar to a drinking-style yoghurt, but it contains beneficial yeast as well as friendly ‘probiotic’ bacteria found in yoghurt. The Freshly Fermented milk kefir starter culture can be reused and recultured over and over again; having an endless supply of milk kefir. Directions 1. Add kefir grains to milk. 2. Let it ferment at room temperature for 24 hours. 3. Strain the milk kefir, saving the grains for reuse. 4. Repeat steps 1-3 for continuous use. Safety Warning Store at room temperature and use within 30 days. Store in a cool place at 2-8°C. Contains milk. May cause allergies.
