Description

The BMW S1000RR from 2015 was one of the first super bikes to be made publically available with Dynamic Damper Control. The use of DDC requires the use of specially shaped fork top caps on one fork (left hand fork). The design of this fork cap makes removing it a challenge. The Laser 8023 fork top socket has been designed to allow BOTH left and right fork caps to be removed without scratching them or damaging the sensor/adjuster wires.NOTE: Always loosen the top yoke (triple trees) fork tube clamps before attempting to loosen the caps. Equipped with 1/2" drive and 27mm Hex drive to allow use of 1/2" drive socketry or 27mm spanner
