The water used for handwashing is used a second time for flushing. The patent-pending “fill cycle diversion” faucet of our hand sink directs clean water to the faucet for handwashing. To quickly change the rate of flow of water from the faucet, a small flow modifier (included) can be inserted into the black tee to control pressure to the faucet. If the modifier is inserted into the part of the tee pointing down, it will increase pressure to the faucet. To decrease pressure to the faucet, the small modifier should be inserted into the part of the tee pointing up before the tee is connected to the faucet tubing.
