Description

Box Contains Reverse osmosis system fully assembled with sedimet filter (5 µm fine filter), carbon filter and membrane. 3 x 2 m hose. 3/4 inch tap connection. Flow limiter with integrated flush valve Connection brackets for pre-filter and membrane housings. Wall mount. Hose plug. Housing key for diaphragm housing. Instruction manual Product Description Reverse osmosis systems create an optimal source of water for sea and freshwater aquariums. Often many water problems can only be solved by the use of reverse osmosis water. Reverse Osmosis systems work on the principle of physical filtering. Unlike ion exchangers, which exchange hardening ions (e.g. calcium) for other non-hardening ions (e.g. sodium), harmful substances (e.g. silicate, nitrate) and hardening agents are physically extracted from the water in a reverse osmosis system. The water runs in the reverse osmosis system through the pressure of 2 - max. 6 bar thanks to a semi-permeable (semi-permeable) membrane. The substances dissolved in the water (pollutants, salts or hard formers) cannot pass through the small grid structure of the membrane and remain in the residual water. This residual water is derived as a concentrate and can be safely used as plaster, casting or utility water. Dupla reverse osmosis systems have a retention rate of maximum 95-98% of all pollutants in tap water. Tip: by reconnecting a Dupla pure water filter (optional), even the slightest residues of silicates and nitrates can be completely removed without leaving any residue. Key Features

Reverse osmosis systems create an optimal starting water for sea and freshwater aquariums

Reverse Osmosis systems work according to the principle of physical filtering

Pollutants (e.g. silicate, nitrate) and hardening agents are physically extracted from the water

The water runs in the reverse osmosis system through the pressure of 2 - max. 6 bar thanks to a semi-permeable (semi-permeable) membrane

The substances dissolved in the water (pollutants, salts or hard agents) cannot pass through the small grid structure of the membrane and remain in the residual water
