The DMR301 is capable of receiving DAB and DAB+, is equipped with Bluetooth Class 2 to wirelessly connect a mobile device to play music with a range of up to 10 metres, two USB output ports for charging mobile devices, AC adapter jack, 2 side firing speaker stereo system, AUX-IN jack for connecting to an audio source and swivel mount; soft bend antenna to minimise breakage or loss. DMR301 has a digital tuner with LCD backlit display and illuminated control buttons and dial for improved visibility in low light conditions. The DMR301 features a conveniently located built in bottle opener for opening glass bottles and battery charging function. The DMR301 is able to charge both Makita CXT and LXT Li-ion slide type batteries when powered by the mains AC power adapter. The LCD screen indicates the battery charging status, showing charging, charging complete, stand-by for charging and charging error. The DMR301 also indicates when the battery has reached 80 per cent charge. The Job Site Radio is IP64 rated dust and shower proof construction and has elastomer bumpers and metal pipes to protect against rough handling on the job site. Charging times for CXT 2.0 Ah battery 40 minutes and 4.0 Ah 75 minutes, LXT 2.0 Ah 38 minutes, 3.0 Ah 48 minutes, 4.0 Ah 67 minutes, 5.0 Ah 84 minutes and 6.0 Ah 100 minutes. 1 year manufacturer warranty with a further 2 years when registered within 30 days of purchase.
