This cable crossover machine is ideal for those with their own gym set ups at home. The cable crossover will allow you to exercise and train virtually every muscle group in your body. The extra wide and tall design of the frame allows you to perform an endless array of high and low pulley exercises. Large diameter pulley wheels provide maximum cable life and smooth operation. Comes complete with: 180kg of weight plates - 90kg on either side. 2 x Straight bar attachments 2 x Chrome stirrup handles 2 x Steel chains Triceps rope, Pull up bar.
