Made of premium 18/10 stainless steel and suitable for all hobs including induction, Accademia Lagofusion is as stylish as it is practical, with a modern satin interior and a refined mirror polish on the outside, for easy cleaning. With its textured base, it is the ideal pan for perfectly grasping meats and vegetables and cooking with less fat. Oven safe (up to 250°C) and dishwasher safe. The pouring rim allows for perfect service. Made in Italy, it is designed to last a lifetime, with one of 25 years.
