Key Features
Versatile: the professional mandolin from GSD, ideal for use in the catering industry and of course also for the home. With the integrated cutting sets, raw food or cheese quickly turns into slices, pens or strips. Of course, waves and waffles can also be cut.
Perfect handling: the sharp stainless steel blades allow an even, pulling cut thanks to their slanted knife position. Discs from 1 to 9 mm, julienne to 3 millimetres and strips of 8 mm are cut quickly and comfortably.
Highest quality: the mandolin and knives are made of high-quality stainless steel. The sharply ground blades allow the raw food to glide easily over the knives. The non-slip rubber feet make the high-quality cutter perfect.
