It is used in the grinding of stainless steel and is characterised by a high aggressiveness, a long service life and its microcrystalline self-sharpening effect. In addition, it has a multi-binding that prevents the formation of tarnishing colours. These fibre discs are available in a variety of sizes and sizes. Compared to natural binders, it has a better adhesive strength and is characterised by its very high strength. No tarnishing colours thanks to multi-binding. A cool cut is ensured with the fibre disc FS 966 ACT by the multi-binding. In this type of binding, the abrasive is provided with an additional coating. This reduces the temperature at the grain tips and the adhesion of spills of the factory. In this way, it prevents heat discolouration when grinding stainless steel. In addition, it increases the service life and thus reduces the consumption of abrasives.
