Description The Wildfire GTX is a comfortable approach shoe with a versatile POMOCA Speed MTN sole for more grip, traction, safety and control on technical approaches, via ferrata, transitions and climbs. The shoe has a Climbing Zone in the toe area and offers high edge stability. The POMOCA Butilic rubber compound provides secure grip on dry and wet rock, while the dynamic lugs offer improved traction on muddy and soft ground. The upper is made to fit with durable mesh material and reinforced with a 3D Exa Shell structure for increased torsional rigidity. Combined with the 3F system, it wraps around the foot for increased flexibility, a better fit, and firm ankle and heel support. In wet weather, the Wildfire GTX features a waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX Extended Comfort lining. Climbing lacing wraps primarily around the forefoot and allows for fine adjustment in the toe box, for more precision in technical terrain. The cushioning OrthoLite footbed keeps the foot cool and dry by wicking moisture to the outside.
