Place the spinner board near the mat. 3. Spin the arrow on the spinner board. 4. Place your hands and feet on the colored spots as indicated by the spinner. 5. Continue taking turns, following the spinner's instructions or chosen gameplay option (Spot Elimination or Spinner's Choice) until only one player can follow the directions without falling or touching the mat with any part of their body other than their hands and feet.
