Product description: With the Paralux PX1 Shorty safety light, users have various industries such as industry, crafts, police, fire brigade etc. Always a powerful, ultra-compact companion on the hand. The all-rounder is ideal for use in confined spaces and also ensures a comfortable fit on the helmet. Its maximum light range of 120 metres reaches the power pack with 5 watt Cree LED (80 lumens) for 8 hours completely uninterrupted; with reduced power, the two AA batteries last up to 15 hours. In practice, the battery status indicator shows the performance in different colours (green = OK / red = only approx. 25 percent battery power). In addition, a warning indicator shows by short flashing three times, every 30 seconds after a light duration of approx. 8.5 hours when the battery warning limit is reached. Thanks to the special orange peel-reflector surface, the Paralux PX1SHORTY produces an even light cone – which ensures significantly reduced glare effect in smoked rooms. The IP68 certified quality product also impresses in terms of ergonomics and durability, whether it is thanks to the ergonomic rear switch, which can be operated easily even with gloves, the easy installation on the parasap helmet holder system or the robust polycarbonate housing. Technical details: 100% waterproof. Made of non-conductive plastic. Battery type: 2 x AA / Mignon / 1.5 V each. Rubberised rear switch for one-handed operation. Rubberised light head. Compatible with almost all helmet mounts and Parasnap. Delivered in blister packaging with batteries. Safety light ATEX and IECEx certified for zone 1/21.
