It is made by infusing dried sections of the beautiful flowers with hot water to create a colorful and tasty drink with a cranberry like flavor. Drink on its own or sweeten slightly and add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Also makes a superb iced tea on a hot summer’s day.
