Description

The Schellenberg bevel wheel transmission makes it easier to crank even heavy crank operated shutters. The ideal transmission ratio of 2, 6: 1 allows for less effort. The bevel gear is universally applicable and is suitable for both left and right mounting. The maximum weight of the roller shutter tank should not exceed 20 kg. The corresponding carrier can be placed in two directions on the gearbox. The direction of rotation of the crank remains the same, regardless of the installation or operating side. The integrated double brake spring made of steel provides increased safety when cranking the shutter. It holds the roller shutter in any position without accidentally falling off. If you have reached the final limit when cranking your shutters, there is a risk of overturning the shutter in many tapered gears. This can then not be turned up or down. On the other hand, the Schellenberg bevel gear switches to the freewheel when the end points are reached and prevents the roller shutter from blocking.
