Product Description The orthopedic rib base from the Apple range was developed to maximise the quality of our mattresses. It is characterised by a very robust and innovative iron frame, which can withstand the strongest stresses and curved ribs made of beech wood. There are many sizes to choose from, whether you need a double bed or a single bed. EvergreenWeb can also make your own tailored rib base very quickly. The iron frame of the orthopedic rib base of the Apple series has been developed for a very long service life. Unlike conventional ribs there have no holes for inserting the ribs, which often causes the ribs to break. Our innovative iron grids are characterised by the so-called rib holder, a very robust structure that follows the circumference of the frame. Inside this structure, the ribs are arranged evenly in special polyethylene brackets. This makes it almost impossible for the ribs to fall off from the frame, giving the rib unparalleled stability. Features: The orthopedic rib base from the Apple series is characterised by an iron construction made from a 40 x 30 mm tube frame and an inner frame to hold the 14 ribs made of pure beech wood, which are curved using steam and at 68 x 8 mm. The structure is coated with epoxy powder, corrosion-resistant and resistant to attack, completely solvent-free and therefore harmless to health and the environment. In the version for French bed there is a single rod. This orthopedic rib base has a total height of 35 cm, including the frame. Safety Warning Be cautious while assembling. The ribs made of beech wood (which is very strong) of this rib base have been bent using steam to make them more elastic, while the varnish with natural products protects the wood from external influences. In addition, they are equipped with a protective film, which together with hole finishing and the grooves promote ventilation.

Completely made in Italy and are characterised by the use of non-toxic materials that are emission-free and/or electromagnetic fields, which are fully recyclable. It is considered a green product.
