Vento Powerstrap R2 Aeroweave is a pure running shoe: the lightest and most breathable model of the Fizik performance range, designed with an innovative high tenacity mesh construction that is combined with our toughest carbon sole. The search for weight reduction and increased ventilation, while maintaining support and protection, has led our designers and engineers to develop a new material used at the top. Named Aeroweave, it is an advanced fabric that weaves lightweight nylon fibres with thermoplastic polymer filaments. This blend of threads creates a material with an open mesh design, extremely airy, yet highly durable and resilient. The upper of the Wind Powerstrap R2 Aeroweave is so intensely ventilated that cyclists' socks are visible through it.
