Chinese Elements Oil Blends Gift Pack The early Chinese philosophers looked to the natural world to discover a way of describing how we are alike, yet unique. They learned that we could split anything in the world into five energy types, which they called the Five Phases. The Five Phases – Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. They are believed to be the fundamental roots of the universe and hold the key to all interactions. Each Chinese element has individual characteristics, and each plays a unique role within the universe. Each element has its personal defined strengths and weaknesses, with one not being stronger than another. All things originate from and return to the universe and are composed of these elements. Therefore, understanding our connection to them is crucial. Consists of 5 x 100ml bottles: 1/ Earth Element 2/ Fire Element 3/ Metal Element 4/ Water Element 5/ Wood Element How to use: Add 5-7 drops (0.3 ml) to water in a vaporiser or burner. Add 10 drops (0.5 ml) to 15-25 ml of carrier oil for use in massage. Add 6-15 drops (0.1 ml) per 30g of selected Skincare Base before application. Add 2 - 12 drops into your bath. Never use pure oils on the skin without diluting, never use internally, keep away from children and eyes.
