This high-quality cast aluminium frying pan is extremely robust and has attractive, removable handles in the simple click process and a glass lid with silicone rim and a modern design button. Thanks to the removable handle and the two side handles, these pans can be used as a stewing pan with opposite handle, as well as a serving pan with 2 side handles. The multi-layered, long-lasting Vitaflon Granite non-stick coating prevents food from sticking and is easy to clean. Thanks to the use of aluminium in the production of this pan, an optimal thermal conductivity is given, which is ideal for low-fat cooking. In addition, the frying pan has an energy-saving, extra-strong FerroTherm base, which guarantees optimal heat distribution on all types of cookers, including induction.
