It is designed to meet a wide range of cyclists and many types of riding. This shoe has been created to provide an essential and timeless look: the classic considerations of a street shoe have been redefined with a distinct fizik identity and an elegant, snug construction. The iridescent options add a new turn to that style. The construction of the Overcurve shoe features a staggered collar that wraps around the ankle, tracing the natural misalignment of the two bone protrusions of the ankle: the lateral and medial malleols. The result is an asymmetrical shape, with the throat of the shoe curving on the foot from its outer to the inner part. The closure is fast and secure, with a single micro-adjustable Boo dial. a® IP1-B. The new moderately rigid R4 sole – with 15% infused carbon fibre – creates a balance between comfort and pedaling efficiency to make it a true all-rounder. It also provides efficient ventilation and internal ducting for temperature management and features cleat positioning suitable for aggressive aerodynamic positions.
