POWERSTRAP X4 is a versatile and omnipresent gravel-focused shoe designed for drop-bar riders whose adventures and aspirations take them beyond traditional paved roads. By mixing the ground, grinding gravel or sliding through smooth singletracks, these shoes are designed to take you where normal road shoes can't.To meet the needs of today's gravel-oriented adventure cyclists, we have designed Powerstrap X4 so that it is simple, efficient and reliable. In line with this approach, we have equipped it with the innovative Powerstrap Velcro closure, designed for a snug fit. While most traditional Velcro fasteners simply joins two sides of the shoe upper, in the Powerstrap configuration a tape wraps the foot, providing a secure containment using only two straps. The instep and the middle of the foot are individually adjustable for custom fit and compression.For these versatile shoes we have developed a specific sole, the X4: a carefully studied combination of stiffness and comfort to effectively turn the pedals on mixed surfaces; mixing nylon - with targeted stiffness - and rubber tread for effective grip and durability.

While most traditional Velcro closures just pull together two sides of the shoe’s upper, in the Powerstrap configuration a ribbon wraps around the foot, providing secure containment using just two straps.

The X4 offers a carefully considered combination of stiffness and comfort, to turn pedals effectively on mixed surfaces; blending nylon – with targeted stiffness – and a rubber tread for effective grip and durability.
