The ND8 grey filter (3 stops) reduces the amount of light hitting the sensor and extends the exposure time by 3 stops for spectacular long exposure effects. Many technologies are implemented to achieve impressive neutrality and images without infrared pollution. The new design of the filters with rounded edges and a thickness of 2 mm facilitates insertion in difficult external conditions. COKIN recommends the use of an EVO filter holder with the NUANCES Extreme range.
