Use Welloxon Perfect in a ratio of 1:2 to Koleston Perfect for special blonde colour shades. Welloxon Perfect is the ideal partner for Koleston Perfect & Koleston Perfect Innosense, Illumina Color, Blondor and Magma, which ensures perfect colour development. 3. For a brightening by three tones: 1 part Koleston Perfect, 1 part Welloxon Perfect 12%. 4. For a brightening by two tones: 1 part Koleston Perfect, 1 part Welloxon Perfect 9%. 5. For a lightening by one tone level / grey/white coverage of the same level or darker: 1 part Koleston Perfect, 1 part Welloxon Perfect 6%. 6. For Special Blonde: 1 part Koleston Perfect, 2 parts Welloxon Perfect 9% for a three-tone lightening or 12% for four/five tone lightening.
