The Xperts series is characterised by its specially developed X-frame. The combination of functional design and high-quality materials makes this innovation. The result is extremely robust, stable and weather-resistant cable reels. The innovative components of Xperts cable reels are made of regranulated, glass-fibre reinforced special plastic, which is characterised by its very high resistance to breakage. This material is corrosion-free and insulates the metallic components from electrical voltage. In addition, it has a high elongation at break and elastic energy absorption. Accordingly, the frame is extremely robust and suitable for all weather conditions, even at temperatures down to -25 °C. The frame is made of rust-proof and corrosion-free precision steel tubes in a demanding manufacturing process according to environmental management ISO 14001. This ensures the necessary quality for Xperts cable reels. This excellent material makes the frame as stable as it is flexible and is crucial for the particularly high damping effect of the new frame. The specially developed X-shaped back housing connects the sturdy base made of double tube to the handle element, which is reduced to a tube. The single tube used on the handle not only saves weight, but also provides enough space to comfortably grip the handle with gloves. Thanks to the foot rails, the double-tubular feet have an enlarged footprint and thus offer a very stable stand even on uneven surfaces. The foot rails protect the double tube from the elements caused by contact with the ground and leave no abrasion on sensitive floor coverings. The curved shape of the frame is inspired by the double S shape of the human spine and how it works. This special construction absorbs shocks extremely effectively and reduces shocks to a minimum.
