The Jonard Tools AHC-10 adjustable hole cutter is designed for cutting round holes in ceilings, walls, and floors and is the perfect tool for installing recessed speakers, lighting, or other round objects. This adjustable hole cutter cuts plywood, sheetrock, plasterboard, and acrylic sheets up to 1 1/16” (2. 7 cm) thick. The cutting depth is adjustable via hex locknut and compression spring while the hole size for cutting is adjustable from 2. 2” to 10” (55 mm to 254 mm). This cutter includes a polycarbonate transparent dust shield that collects dust and prevents chips from flying into eyes while cutting. The dust shield has a rubber gasket that provides surface protection against damage, tight seal against flat surfaces, and prevents fallout from debris. The built-in compression spring absorbs vibrations while cutting and can be used with any 3/8" hex chuck variable-speed drill. This adjustable hole saw cutter includes a rugged carrying case for easy storage and portability.
