Nauticalia Brass Bridge Tide Clock, 18 cm

The "Bridge" porthole tide clock has a hefty solid cast brass casing, scuttle clamps, bevelled glass front and brass hands with black subsidiary indicators on a light cream face. Provides an "at-a-glance" indication of tidal state by means of the blue hand, showing high, low and half-tide, which works by following the lunar cycle - approx. 12. 5hrs - thus reflecting the main influence on the tides. The quartz movement requires 1 x AA battery. The instrument measures 18 cm across (dial diameter 11 cm), with a depth of 6 cm, making it well suited to a large yacht’s bridge or the saloon of a mid-range vessel.
