SINGLE VILLAGES - Cognac is divided into 6 crus, each with its own terroir - soil, subsoil, climate, vines, and man’s expertise. One village per region has been selected, represented by a craft distiller for its unique and authentic style.

CHERVES RICHEMONT- This village belongs to the very specific Borderies Cru. Representing 5% of the vine harvest, these cognacs are renowned for floral profile. The 2010 vintage benefitted from predictable climates, allowing harvest at full maturity.

TASTING NOTES- Distilled using traditional methods, then aged in barrels selected from a range of coopers, toasts and grains, these eaux de vie offer rich and complex floral and dried fruit aromas, with toffee and jasmine on the palate.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Inspired by the 1930s Leviathan cocktail, mix 50 ml La Guilde du Cognac Cherves Richemont 2010, 20 ml La Quintinye Vermouth Rouge, and a touch of orange liqueur with ice. Stir and strain into a champagne glass.
