Science in Sport GO Isotonic Energy Gels Mixed, Mixed Flavours, 35 x 60ml

SIS GO ISOTONIC GEL was the first isotonic gel in the world to truly offer a fast supply of high digestibility carbohydrates for increased energy during physical activity. SIS GO isotonic gels are taken without water, which ensures a quick supply of carbohydrates to the muscles, without the feeling of swelling that sometimes occurs after taking high amounts of fluids. Depletion of carbohydrate reserves during physical activity is one of the main causes of fatigue. The accumulation of optimal carbohydrate reserves before physical activity is very important, but an additional intake of carbohydrates during exercise is known to improve performance and race times and delays the onset of fatigue. For this reason, SIS GO isotonic gels are a very practical solution for energy strategies in training and racing, offering a fast intake of 22g of carbohydrates per gel. The gels can be easily carried in your pocket or race belt without the bulk of the bottle. Main features: 22g of carbohydrates per gel - isotonic formulation for fast energy supply - practical gel formulation - recommended use: - take 1-3 gels every hour to release approximately 60g of carbohydrates and maximize the speed of carbohydrate use. In situations where hydration is also needed, SIS GO isotonic gels can be taken together with sis go hydro or sis go electrolyte for the right supply of energy and liquids during physical activity.
